
Sansidor is expanding in Germany and is looking for an experienced and driven finance professional to set up and lead the finance and controlling function of our German holding company. This is a key leadership position within our buy-and-build strategy, with high visibility and impact across our group.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the finance and controlling function for Sansidor Germany
- Design and implement standardized financial reporting, planning processes, and internal controls
- Support financial due diligence and integration activities for 4+ acquisitions annually
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with German accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the Managing Director Germany, Group CFO, and functional leads across subsidiaries
- Provide guidance and support to finance teams within our portfolio
- Contribute to setting up and coordinating additional central support functions within the holding

Your Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in finance, with prior experience as a (regional) Finance Manager or Finance Director, including full (regional) financial responsibility
- Strong track record in M&A, post-merger integration, and financial leadership
- Experience in a buy-and-build or private equity-backed environment is a strong plus
- Deep knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), tax regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on, structured, and entrepreneurial approach
- Fluent in both German and English
