CFO Germany - Sansidor GmbH

Sansidor is expanding in Germany, and we are looking for an experienced and driven finance professional to build and lead the finance & controlling function of our German holding company. This is a key leadership role at the heart of our buy-and-build strategy, with significant exposure across our group.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the finance and controlling function for Sansidor Germany
• Design and implement standardized financial reporting, planning processes, and internal controls
• Support financial due diligence and integration activities for 4+ acquisitions annually
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with German accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director Germany, Group CFO, and functional leads across subsidiaries
• Provide guidance and support to finance teams within our portfolio 

• Help set up and coordinate additional central support functions within the holding

Your Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in finance with prior experience as a (regional) CFO or Finance Director, including full (regional) financial responsibility
• Strong track record in M&A, post-merger integration, and financial leadership
• Experience in a buy-and-build or private equity-backed environment is highly valued
• Deep knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), tax regulations, and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on, structured, and entrepreneurial approach
• Fluent in both German and English
